Regina E. Horton is of counsel to the Firm and brings with her extensive experience working on various health care issues, including ERISA, employee benefits, health care reform and insurance. She previously worked as in-house counsel for a large insurance brokerage and consulting firm servicing several niche markets, including hospitals, school districts and public agencies. Prior to her in-house counsel work, she practiced civil litigation. Regina graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Economics, received her J.D. from Whittier Law School, an L.L.M. in International Contract and Commercial Law from the University of Helsinki and a M.S. in Health Policy and Law from the University of California, San Francisco. She is admitted to practice law in California.
